I work with producers to develop their products in order to be marketable abroad. I consult on labeling for different countries. I help market products on all media outlets, including national and international television.
I lead sensory evaluation classes, tastings and speaking engagements internationally. I inspire people to look at food like a taster does: with love, curiosity, appreciation and fun. I believe that we need to start a healthy relationship with food at a young age and I lead book readings and tastings for children.
